Parents' Corner

The partnership between parents and the school plays an essential role in every child's progress. Parents and guardians are requested to support regular attendance, discipline, academic responsibility, healthy habits, respectful behaviour, and active participation in school life.

  • Review the School Handbook and school communications regularly.
  • Examine report cards carefully and help the child improve in subjects that require additional attention.
  • Check books and notebooks periodically and encourage neat, complete, and timely work.
  • Ensure that the child brings books and materials according to the timetable.
  • Cover and label books at the beginning of each term and help the child maintain them properly.
  • Acknowledge notes and instructions sent by the school through the Handbook or approved communication channels.
  • Discourage late attendance and sign the late-attendance, absence, or default records whenever required.
  • Attend Parent-Teacher Meetings regularly and maintain constructive communication with the school.
  • Parents are welcome to visit the school, but should not enter classrooms or speak with teachers during class hours without the Principal's permission.
  • Information requests, concerns, or complaints should be addressed through the appropriate school authorities.
  • Keep phone numbers, address details, and emergency contact information updated with the school office.
  • Send children to school in a clean, neatly ironed uniform.
  • Ensure that shoes are polished and in good condition.
  • Do not send costly or unnecessary items to school.
  • Do not send a child to school while they are suffering from an infectious illness.
  • Encourage healthy habits, personal hygiene, adequate water intake, and nutritious food.
  • Encourage the child to participate actively in academic, sports, cultural, club, and service activities.
  • Support punctuality, discipline, respectful behaviour, and responsible use of school property.
  • Remit school fees within the prescribed schedule.
